As one of the most popular country singer-songwriters in North America, Luke Bryan has announced the release of a new upcoming album. To be released sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas, Luke Bryan held back lots of details including the exact release date, the album title, and any album artwork. It is known however that the album will be produced once again by Jeff Stevens and his son Jody. After his incredible success with his 2015 album “Kill the Lights”, fans are expecting big things from Luke Bryan again. His last album reached #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums and he had an incredible 6 singles released from the album.
Currently on his Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day Tour, Luke Bryan has also not released any details of a tour directly related to the new album. However, the singer has announced that he will play at his annual Farm Tour in September and October, where country singer Jon Pardi will open for him. This will be the ninth year in a row that Luke Bryan has run the annual Farm Tour. It’s happening this month, so get your tickets now!
Luke Bryan has released one single so far from his brand new album called “Light It Up”. You can check that out below if you haven’t heard it yet! The song focuses on dating in todays world with the third partner being…your cell phone of course. Furthermore, he has announced the names of three other songs that will be on the album including “Pick It Up”, “What Makes You Country”, and “Like You Say You Do”. Pick It Up was written for his sons, which he says influence him as both a father and an artist. Described as a feel good song, Pick It Up gives his boys some life lessons. We can’t wait to hear it and pick up some lessons of our own! As for “What Makes You Country” and “Like You Say You Do”, fans have already previewed the songs at some of his meets and greets this summer.
