Little Mix fans are rejoicing around the world as the band have announced that they will re-release their 2016 Glory Days album with three brand new tracks on it as well as the recent hit single “Reggaeton Lento (Remix)” with CNCO. In the time of “Despacito”, this song is a refreshing break, but equally as catchy and hot tune to listen to! The album will be titled “Glory Days: The Platinum Edition” and will hit stores on November 24th.
The album will contains remixes of the song “Touch” featuring Kid Ink, “No More Sad Songs” featuring Machine Gun Kelly, and “Power” featuring Stormzy. As mentioned above, the “Glory Days: The Platinum Edition” album will also contain the Top 5 hit song “Reggaeton Lento (Remix)”. These four songs were not included on the original Glory Days album, which was released last November in 2016. What’s more, the brand new album comes alongside a documentary that takes fans behind the scenes on a never seen before journey into the world of touring with Little Mix.
The all-girl quartet is comprised of members Jade, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Perrie. Hailing from England, the band first rose to fame when they won the eighth season of the hit t.v. show The X Factor. The group were the first, and so far only, group to the win the competition. Since 2011, the band have released four albums, making “Glory Days: The Platinum Edition” the fifth. Their 2016 release of “Glory Days” was their first album to hit the number 1 charts and stay there for five whole weeks. This marked the first time an all girl band had held the number 1 spot on the Official Album Charts since The Spice Girls in 1996 with their debut album.
Little Mix have been touring their Glory Days album since mid May, touring across the UK, Europe, and Australia. The girl band will continue their tour into October and November in the UK, playing 37 more shows across Britain. You can check out the remaining tour dates here:
